I started stewing over the idea of having a more regular blog a little while back, but didn’t really feel a particularly urgent need to act on the thought until a few things occurred. The first (and probably main) thing is crap’s retirement from pixel ellipsis, and the only thing he specifically told me to do was to take down his old blog. So I thought I could start mine to sort of fill his void… plus it seemed silly to not take advantage of all of the extra server space lying around. Secondly, I had become an avid reader of Anime News Network, and felt like doing some blogging along those lines. Lastly Gids kept pestering me on IM, “Where’s your blog? :E” and threw ideas at me when I was stuck for a good blog name, until I came up with this one while chatting to her.
So here it is, my “new” blog, to be filled with this and that. We’ll see how it goes :3
