I’ve been so hungry these last couple of days, and I couldn’t figure out why. I had regular meals, but at random hours of the night/day I’d start gnawing on my boyfriend because of the mysterious hunger pangs. I think it’s because I’ve been vectoring/staring at my new wall, which has takoyaki in it.
Damn you, yummy-looking takoyaki! T _T

This walkthrough highlights some of the more important/interesting steps I took in Photoshop CS2 to create this Loveless wall. I use Illustrator & Photoshop CS2 so if you’re using a different version of these programs, I can’t guarantee that you’ll see the same tools and options that I do. I’m also going to assume that you’re fairly comfortable with both programs. Anyways, hope you’ll find this helpful in creating your own walls 
It’s been a while since I’ve settled down with a nice long shounen manga series. Not to say I’m a shounen n00bie – I followed most of the ongoing series featured in the Taiwanese equivalent of Shounen Jump back in middle/high. So I’ve had my dosages of Rurouni Kenshin (adored), Hunter x Hunter (ok until it turned really weird), Shaman King (ok until it turned utterly convoluted/uninteresting), etc. And then more recently D.Gray-man (dropped but will hopefully pick up again someday?)… I think it’s fair to say lately I only pick up shounen if I like the character design, or have seen many pretty scans floating around and really want to wall said scans. AKA I usually read shounen to satisfy my silly “no-walling-unless-read-or-watched” rule, less so because I’m dying of curiosity about the plot.
But then there was Bleach – undoubtedly the longest shounen series I’ve managed to stick out recently (I’m up to chapter 201 now! xD). While marathoning/slugging through the story I find myself constantly being reminded of all the things I both love and hate about shounen manga.

Because man, these characters are seriously some of the most tortured out of CLAMP’s whole repertoire. After the whole reveal with Syaoran I tried to mentally prepare myself for a huge bummer in Fay’s past. Still killed me when I got there, it was so freaking disturbing/depressing. But now Fay is definitely one of my favorite characters ever xD

I loved Eureka 7, and I especially like the episode titles. Maybe because so many of them came from song titles, even though I know very few of the songs. I had a crazy idea at one point to try to do a wall for every episode title. That’s 50 episodes and I’ve only done one so far, so I kinda doubt it’ll ever happen. Still, I’ve kept the list on hand just in case I’ll ever need them someday ;D
